Shari Stockley, O.D./ Senior Partner //

Dr. Stockley is a relative newcomer to central Alberta, having grown up in Newfoundland.  She completed her Science degree at Acadia University in Nova Scotia and is a 2002 honours graduate of the University of Waterloo.  She and her husband, Ryan, have two young sons and are happy to call Red Deer home.

Dr. Stockley has a special interest in children's vision, including the diagnosis and correction of 'lazy eye' or 'turned eye' conditions. She notes that early and frequent eye exams are important for children, in order to catch any vision concerns that may be developing during the rapid growth years.  The Canadian Association of Optometrists recommends that children have their first eye exam at 6 months of age.

Dr. Stockley works between our Red Deer clinics Monday through Friday and in our Sylvan Lake clinic every other Monday.
