Dr. Gerry Leinweber
Founding Member: Canadian Vision Care; Doctors Eyecare Network.
Member: Canadian Association of Optometrists, Alberta Association of Optometrists, Alberta College of Optometrists.
An honours graduate in optometry from the University of Waterloo, Dr. Leinweber has been helping to protect and enhance vision since 1980. As President and Founding Member of Canadian Vision Care, he has devoted more than 60 weeks to providing free eyecare to men, women and children in developing countries. He is also an active member of the Lions and lives by the motto "We Serve." When his not helping others see their best, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and four children.
You may see Dr. Leinweber and his family as they fly, ski, golf, and play tennis and hockey in and around Red Deer.

Dr. Rob Eastwood
Dr. Eastood was born and raised in Camrose, Alberta and graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1997. He is a member of Canadian Vision Care and has made numerous trips to Jamaica to provide free eyecare to those in need.Dr. Eastwood is married to Michelle and in April 2006 their first child was born, baby girl Paige. Dr. Eastwood enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey and golf, and travelling.
Dr. Shari Stockley
A 2002 graduate of the University of Waterloo School of Optometry, Dr. Stockley is a relative newcomer to central Alberta, having grown up in the Maritimes. She met her husband Ryan here and is now happy to call Red Deer home.
Dr. Stockley has a special interest in children's vision, including the diagnosis and correction of 'lazy eye' or 'turned eye' conditions. Dr. Stockley notes that early and frequent eye exams are important for children, in order to catch any vision concerns that may be developing during the rapid growth years.
Dr. Trent Allred
Dr. Allred grew up right here in Red Deer. He lives and practices in Sylvan Lake as well as our Red Deer office. Dr. Allred attended the University of Lethbridge before completing his studies in Portland, Oregon graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2008. Dr. Allred has a special interest in Diabetic Eye Disease and Refractive Surgery co-management. His bilingual skills currently serve our French population.
You may see Dr. Allred out and about in Sylvan Lake with his lovely wife Jennie and their two children, Parker and Jillian.
